“Το Σύνδρομο Κάπγκρας (Capgras Delusion) είναι μια δαταραχή κατά την οποία ο ασθενής τρέφει την αυταπάτη οτι ένας φίλος του, ο γονέας, ο σύζυγος ή κάποιο άλλο στενό μέλος της οικογένειάς του, ακόμη και το κατοικίδιό του έχουν αντικατασταθεί από κάποιον απατεώνα πανομοιότυπο σε εμφάνιση με σκοπό να τον βλάψει ή να του κάνει κακό.”

Με αφορμή την ύπαρξη μια τέτοιας νευροεκφυλιστικής ασθένειας και με σκέψεις που γυρίζουν γύρω από την θεματική του τι νιώθει, πως επεξεργάζεται τις πληροφορίες και πως διαχειρίζεται τα συναισθήματά του ένα άτομο που πάσχει από το Σύνδρομο Κάπγκρας, το “ The Capgras Delusion” αποτελεί μια επιλογή instrumental συνθέσεων επιχειρώντας να μεταφέρει έναν ολόκληρο ψυχικό κόσμο στο επίπεδο του ήχου. Έξι κομμάτια, αναζητούν - έστω στο ελάχιστο - την ταύτιση ενός ηχητικού τοπίου με την ιδιοσυγκρασία ενός ασθενή.

Είναι άραγε o φόβος μελωδία; Μια απλή ημικρανία, είναι ένας απλός ρυθμός;

Capgras delusion is a disorder in which a person holds a delusion that a friend, spouse, parent, or other close family member (or pet) has been replaced by an identical-looking impostor in order to harm him or hurt him.

Investigating the existence of such a neurodegenerative disease, with thoughts around the topic of how people with the Capgras Syndrome feel, how they process the information and how they manage their emotions, Inner.D. creates a selection of instrumental compositions and multi- genre soundscapes, attempting a sound metaphor. Six tracks looking for identification with a patient’s temper.

Is fear a melody? Is a migraine just a rhythm?
